Coaction Collective provides strategic planning services to school districts, non-profit organizations, local and state education agencies — any organization that wants to strengthen the bonds between communities, families, and schools.

Our approach is always grounded in leading others to listen to, understand, and respect multiple perspectives and empathize with those with different viewpoints and lived experiences. 

Coaction Collective guides our partners through a design process that begins with deep listening to draw out the stories and strengths of a community. We build on this listening to support our partners in defining opportunities for bridge-building and co-design inclusive solutions, focusing on marginalized voices and their stories.

Our consulting services build the capacity of our partners to define clear paths forward. We work to strengthen the bond between communities, families, and schools, whether that path is through coaching, training, building new programs, or something yet to be imagined!
