Across the world, the dual pandemics of COVID-19 and racial discord caused a perpetual battle of fight and flight. The constant deluge of trauma through the unavoidable news cycle was brutal. In contrast, the urgency to “return to normal” made us pause and ask: What are we rushing back to?

With an emphasis on appreciation and collaboration, we decided to create the company we all want to work for. Coaction Collective (which we affectionately call CoCo for short) honors the intersection of our identities and elevates our intrinsic humanity, especially during complex and highly politicized times. 

We believe liberation relies on community.

The work of family and community engagement is personal to us. CoCo comes to you as mothers, fathers, former teachers, and leaders with decades of collective experience and passion.
