School and community leadership teams received expert guidance and support in preparing a strategic community engagement action plan for New Mexico Public Education Department. The event included more than 100 local educators and non-profit leaders from the Albuquerque area.
Coaction Collective served as project manager and content designer. Responsibilities included:
Managing budget
Liaising with vendors
Designing and facilitating content
Videography and photographs for knowledge management and promotion
Planning participant experience including meals, decorations, room logistics
