Inspire ‘22 was a statewide educator conference for the New Mexico Public Education Department. The conference hosted more than 500 educators and non-profit leaders statewide.

Coaction Collective served as project manager for content and logistics. Responsibilities included:

• Managing budget

• Liaising with vendors

• Managing corporate and non-profit sponsors

• Planning participant experience, including meals, decorations, room logistics

• Design and manage Call for Proposals

• Review and approve content

• Manage keynote speakers
