Training + Facilitation

Every member of the Coaction Collective team has extensive experience in designing and leading learning experiences. As former classroom teachers, we know good instruction. We also know that adult learners are different from those in our classrooms. Our talented team uses proven models of adult cognition, such as Experiential Learning, to facilitate engaging, thought-provoking, and actionable training. Whether training is entirely virtual, in-person, or hybrid, Coaction Collective honors all our session participants' professional expertise and identities and provides relevant and practical guidance for strengthening the bond between communities, families, and schools.
