Looking Ahead - Coaction Collective Year Three

In a recent blog post, we shared some of the highlights of Year Two. With our second year behind us, the team has started dreaming about what is next. So, where are we headed? We asked the team what their hopes are for year three…

My hope is that we continue to say yes to new opportunities while prioritizing each partner’s needs to be fully present for themselves and their family/community. And I hope we continue to have fun and build relationships with awesome people.

Megan

I hope that CoCo continues to put our collective mental, emotional, and familial health first and that we continue to take moments to reflect on our journey and tell our story. I hope for us to partner with communities and organizations that are focused on the appreciation, collaboration, and liberation of its people.

— Mike

My hope is that each member of CoCo continues to feel fulfilled, valued, and loved in all aspects of life – and that our motivation to continue building CoCo and giving the best to all of our clients and each other lasts a lifetime.

— Kyle

I want Coaction Collective to continue working with clients who care about community. My greatest hope is that we continue to operate with mutual respect and appreciation for one another and our clients.  So, my big hope and dream for Year Three is more and more of the same!

— Diana

I recently learned about this concept called “upper limit,” which refers to the limitations we place on ourselves and others about what we believe is possible. Being a partner at CoCo has taught me so much about what’s possible when we are unrestrained in our ability to create and grow. My hopes and dreams for Year Three and beyond is that we continue to push beyond limitations of what we think is possible for our communities, our schools, our students, and for ourselves.

— Justin

We’re looking forward to a busy Fall, continuing our work with Amazon, the Black Hills Special Services Cooperative, and other clients. We’re also excited to get the whole team back together in one place at the National Family Engagement Summit in Kansas City, Missouri. As Megan said, we’re always looking to build relationships with awesome people, so if you think we can help your organization, please reach out to us at hello@coactioncollective.com!
